Shipping Policy
Domestic/Canadian Orders

To offer consistent low book and dictionary prices, shipping is FREE for all continental US and lower Canadian Province orders.

Orders are normally shipped from our distribution centers within five days of receipt of order.

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service

Larger order are shipped via other ground carriers
- Unless negotiated up front, all deliveries are outside/loading dock (this is standard carrier policy)
Expedited Shipping Rates:
All expedited services are billed at cost and charged separately from the original invoice.
International Orders:
Kids Book Outlet works directly with our customer to ship internationally. These orders require proper customs and shipping documents, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Any fees at the delivery location or customs are also customer responsibility.
All shipping fees must be prepaid.
