All purchases are final. If any product is damaged, it may be returned for exchange within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returned shipping costs are not refundable unless a product is returned due to an error on the part of Kids Literary Project.

How to Return Products for Exchange 

Enclose a copy of your packing slip with the damaged item circled.
The return shipping address can be found on the Packing Slip.
